- Preheat the oven to 400 F
- Drain chickpeas then pat dry with a towel
- Place towel-dried chickpeas on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on top then sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on the chickpeas.
- Shake the pan to make sure oil and seasonings get evenly dispersed.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes. Take them out once halfway through to shake them around.
