Empowerment Through Food Literacy
Hi! I’m Stacy Bevan, a professional practice associate professor. I teach a course titled Food Literacy. Students in this course learn and apply basic culinary skills while demonstrating responsible use of kitchen resources to achieve a more sustainable food system. This website is a place where students showcase knowledge and skills they have gained during the semester. The focus of recipes are budget-friendly, so you will find a cost breakdown for each recipe.
